Festool router edge guide compatibility

I am considering buying a Festool OF1400 router, and wonder if the OF 2200 edge guide is compatible with the 1400. The part numbers appear to be different, but its hard to tell from the website.

Unless something has changed, the OF1400 and the OF2200 are very different machines...the later is/was manufactured by another firm as Festool didn't want to "reinvent the wheel" for that big-beast router. I suspect that the OF2200 edge guide will not work with the mid-size machine for that reason. But Scott is correct...give Uncle Bob a call and he'll get you all fixed up!
