I am looking for a hinge that can separated by simply lifting the door. I don't know what to call it so I haven't had much success in finding one. Anyone out there know what I am talking about and maybe have a source? Thanks guys.

I used the ones on the Armoire that Hal references...of course, I have a design boo-boo that prevents me from lifting off the doors anyway. Sheesh!! At any rate, the hinges are well made and work as advertised if you can actually lift the doors...

Jim, there are never design mistakes, I believe you were probably just concerned that your door may get misplaced and decided to correct the hinge manufacturers mistake.Originally Posted by Jim Becker
