Jeff the feeder i used on this one was because thats what i hand lying around. and it worked fine

what this feeder let me do was mount it in the way you see over head so the saw could be use with ease when not re sawing on it. All i do is swing it up out of the way.

what is important is that the feeder has a veritable feed rate(not just feed settings) from 0 to about 30 feet a min. If i wanted the saw to be a strict re saw and money was not a problem i would get the Laguna Power feederfence
