Thread: Slant top desk - hinge type for lid?

    I get it now. The edges meet at a reflex angle. A 1 inch strip glued (long grain mitered) to the top board would let you use longer screws and normal butt hinges. You'll have to decide if you like the way that looks but it would be strong.
