    Dewalt Track saw ?

Can someone with a Dewalt track saw and has the 102" and 59" tacks measure the rib the saw slides on with a vernier caliper for me , either in mm or standard ? Have a problem with one of the tracks ribs but I'm not sure which one is causing the problem so I can get it exchanged . The saw has to be adjusted for each track so the saw slides correctly

0.005" shouldn't make that big of a difference. It's extruded Al, not machined. It may just be the difference between everybody's calipers.

The .005 is more than likely within the manufacturing tolerance of the extrusion, but it would not hurt to give Dewalt a call. I would think the adjustment for that rib has some kind of spring pressure to compensate for this.
