    Dymondwood Info Needed Please

I've been searching and searching today for dymnondwood or other colored wood laminate/plywood. The only thing I've found is pen planks. I would like to find some 2" x 2" by whatever length up to a 2 feet. I would also like a couple of different color combinations in 2 different blocks. Does anyone know a commercial source for this stuff? I'm going to make some pendants with it for Christmas gifts/New Year's gifts. Appreciate any help. Thanks.

Check out "SpectraPly" and "Strata-bond" Craft supplies has it in 11 and 16 inch blanks. You might google the names and see if the manufacturer can provide what you are looking for.

Go to the spectra ply web site they will sell you longer pieces and they show several different color combinations.
I think the last ones I bought were 3x14 x3' long.

Thanks Everyone. Not sure how I missed Woodcraft and Craft Supplies since I did go to those sites. I was not aware of Cousineau Wood Products and they have I huge selection. However they have a 3 month wait and I didn't want to wait that long. I'll probably do an order from them though next year. I did order from both CUSA and Woodcraft. Looks like they are rolling pin blanks which will give me all that I need for pendants for now. I'm closest to CUSA so their order will be here in 3 days via USPS priority mail. Woodcraft is on backorder. It's my bad that I didn't start this project sooner. Lots of neat stuff to make with the Joyner off-set jig. Again, many thanks for the pointers.

the "3 month wait" I saw on their page said that was for "panel orders"

best to call and ask them for clarification rather than make assumptions based on your interpretation of their website.

The Dymondwood factory burnt to the ground in August, seems nobody knows what their future is.

I've been told, by a guy that bought up a lot of their product after the fire, that the owner decided NOT to rebuild.

PS, there is also "Color Grain" sold by Penn State
Making sawdust mostly, sometimes I get something else, but that is more by accident then design.

Hut Products is still listing it on their site.

I would call first - they don't show out of stock product on the website - I know this from sad experience.

Uh oh. I'm wondering if my backorder with Woodcraft will materialize. If the factory burned to the ground, there may not be any future inventory. Hope that another company takes up the slack. Not the end of the world for me, but somewhat disappointing. Thankfully, there are many more material selections out there. Thanks for the info.
