    Stanley #78 replacement blades...

    Anybody know where I can get one???

    try St James Bay tools he makes a lot of replacement parts for Stanley planes

    Currently out of stock.

    Not sure if the Stanley tool parts is being discontinued or if it isn't a money making part of their business.

    Thanks guys. However, I was kind of hoping for upgrade type blades (like Hock or LV). I didn't see any on their sites.

    Jim, it looks that way but if you follow the link on the bottom of the page for "Service Net" it says in stock, but at 18 bucks a crack I'd get one of eBay and/or the guy Steven mentioned.
