Haven't posted much for a long time, but figured id try to start out by posting a few of the more used jigs and fixtures I've made over the past couple years.
This one is a a straight line jig for the table saw. A few simple hold downs and a straight wide board are all you need to make one. If your saw is set up well enough you can get glue line juts straight off the saw with a well made jig like this.
Making furniture teaches us new ways to remove splinters.

This is on my list to make. I buy a lot of rough sawn (read: "poorly sawn") lumber.

Add a couple stops and it works pretty well as a tapering jig, too.
