    Bedside Drawers

These are bedside drawers I made for my dad this year. They are walnut with clairo walnut fronts. These are the hardest pieces I've made so far. I am now making a large dresser to go with them. It's going much faster this time. I'm waiting for the weather to get warmer so I can finish them. Cab.jpgCab (1).jpgCab (2).jpg

Fine work Bud! Very nice, I am very much enjoying your use of bookmatching on the panels/top and use of continuous grain on the drawer fronts.

Its obvious you gave some thought to your wood selection and placement.

    Very nice indeed.

    Look at that curl!

I congratulate you on both your design sense,
    and your obvious skill.

    Elegant, not flashy.

    Kudos

Very well done. I really like the simple clean lines. The design is attractive unto itself but, is quiet enough to allow the material to shine as well. Cool touch on the butterflied tops.

I really like the overall design and in particular the drawer fronts, the curve on the side panels and at the front bottom and the chamfer on the top. Very nicely done.

    thank you for posting.
