Well the guitar has a new home in a beautiful winery. Lots of musicians roll through there so it will get a lot of use.

I don't think there's anything more satisfying for a luthier than seeing one of their creations being played and enjoyed. Beautiful guitar, Anthony!

  3. Had a BAD experience with PH, on a "RIC" 360 6st clone for a friend! All I can say to anyone routing this stuff on the perimeter of an instrument, try to "CLIMB MILL" whenever possible to avoid TEAR OUT. Lost 1/8" one one side, so naturally I had to re-cut entire O.D., and lost 1/4" off Bout width, and O.A. lgth. &^#%^(*$%$!@#$%^&*(&%!!!! Couldn't remake, cause it was a "Neck-Thru" design, and tailpiece area taper was already shaped as well!! Turned out OK, but just be WARNED! Also, if you intend to use wood screws, drill holes oversize from your "norm". Screws love to SNAP their heads off if you don't, and THAT will provide you with another PROBLEM!!------------Gb-----bg

  4. G O R G E O U S---------Any trouble routing the binding channel, or did you "Climb Mill" the cut? Gb bg

Funny you should mention the binding channel. I did have some problems that chipped out a couple significant pieces. Luckily they were big enough and clean enough to super glue back in unnoticeable. Ever since this happened I stared using a gramil to score the edges of the binding channel.
