    Reassembling my Jet 1.5hp dust collector

    My dust collector has two ports at the bottom where the motor is located. The hoses lay on the floor -- I would rather have the ports up overhead and out of the way. I'm thinking of disconnecting the motor and impeller assembly from the base and hanging it up over the bag and filter (up side down). Do you thinking that would cause problems?
