    Kudos to Carbide Processors

I just had to stop and give a tip of the hat to Tom Waltz and Carbide Processors. The cuts with their 55T plywood blade (37322) are nothing short of outstanding. The total absence of saw marks on this none-too-flat shop ply is amazing. A good saw setup is critical but, quality cutters really take advantage of a tuned up saw.

The carbide on their blades is massive. I have a couple of blades that have been sharpened once and would not be able to tell you which they were if I didn't know. The usable lifetime of these cutters is top notch and this makes them a great value.

    Thank you, sir.

I will pass your kind remarkson to Jerrimy Snook, the artisan who actually built your saw blade.Jerrimy is doing very well. His business is good and he has a brand-newdaughter. He is also becoming mildlyfamous for the quality of his custom sawblades, which he finds somewhatembarrassing.

He is very busy on theindustrial side that we can typically get a blade or two from him every weekwith a few weeks lead time.As with you,I him he likes the opportunity to do the very best you can.

Again, thank you for the kindremarks and for your continued business.

    Sincerely,
    Tom Walz

I like the Tenryu blades I got for my Hammer slider from CP. Just wish they would offer a dado set with the Felder pattern.

I did not respond to CP's email on service but I just ordered 3 new Tenryu blades and am very happy with them, and since I am a Canuck and get overcharged for all things woodworking I was very pleased with the prices... I basically got 3 blades for the price of 1 felder from my local felder supplier.
    thanks
    Jason
