I find the poll results to be interesting. Those voting for the Patriots have obviously not seen much of the Seahawks; or they just have an Eastern bias.

0-0 tie so they both lose.

I'm rooting for the Patriots mainly because I want the AFC to win.

I am a conflicted Seahawks fan, they beat my beloved Packers in a game they didn't deserve to win. I want the Hawks to win, but if the same team that played in the conference final shows up on the field, I suspect the Pats will cream them.
however, if the Hawks defence shows up, it could be a different game.

I dislike the Patriots enough to cross conferences and support Seattle but then that leaves a bad taste, too. Remember when Seattle was in the AFC West?

I voted for the Pat's just to see this stupid controversy continue about the balls being deflated. Another news media stupidity story.

Lesser of two distasteful choices is the Patriots. Seahawks have two big strikes against them due to smarmy, cheating coach and attention seeking running back. Patriots also have the cheating coach, though not as smarmy but they do have the all american boy QB

There needs to be a choice of "don't care".

NY Jets fan here... I would rather be covered in honey and attacked by angry ants before I would pick the Pats, so needless to say, I voted Go Hawks.

Although as much as it pains me to say this, I think this is the most balanced Pats team in a long long time. I think the loss of Golden Tate to free agency has really hurt the Seahawks, I really do love the Seahawks defense

    Wait a cotton pickin' minute!!!

    I'm throwing the flag here.

I just counted 8 posts for "couldn't care less", "don't care", "beer", "both lose", etc.

Meanwhile Tom Brady and his under-inflated balls only got 7 votes so far!!

How about a little respect for us disenfranchised atheists? We don't pray at the altar of brain concussions, Belichick, and Sherman. That doesn't make us chopped liver !!

We are in 2d place at a minimum, but being the resoundingly disinterested gang that we and our fellow-travelers are, I am confident there are 10x that number that looked at the thread, saw the rigged vote options, and said "not only can't I be bothered by this stupid game, I won't waste my time commenting when they clearly wanted to exclude my vote in the first place".

And - if "Tom Brady's wife" was a 4th option, the Seahawks would not even be a close second.
