I think I can help but I cannot open a .cdr, can you export a eps? Or the original as a png or something?
Craig,
Does this work for you?

Thank you everyone. On the road currently will look in the morning

Hi Dan / Mike,
Just wondering - How did you got Vector Magic to output those beautiful hairline lines around the shape?
Or is that a bit of post-processing with something else.
I have a bunch of drawings I've scanned and then traced with Inkscape, and cleaned up, but they're not suitable for cutting with.
How do I go from something like the attached, to something that could be cut (outline only would be fine.)

I have CorelDraw X7 if that helps.
Thanks!
Phil
Here's an untouched trace from Corel X5.

Seems I just needed to have more of a play with the various tracing options.
Thanks Mike!
