Unable to reply to posts in the classified section

It seems that I am able to reply to all posts except for the posts in the Sawmill Creek Classifieds. I have checked my settings, etc. but do not see the problems. Please advise me as actions I need to take.

I don't think you can post to classified section as a "member". You have to bump up to a "contributor", and pay the $6 yearly fee. I'm pretty sure that is why.
