    American Pickers Nashville

Trying to plan some road trips for the summer.
Anyone been to the American Pickers store in Nashville Tn. Worth going? Was it packed with people ?
What else to do you like to go in the area?

I've not been to the AP store, but there are plenty of other things to experience.

If it is anything like the Iowa store, all you will do is look. Amazing prices on rusty junk.

The LOML and I stopped in there a number of years ago; kinda neat if your a fan of the show. We recognized several pieces that Mike had picked on some recent episodes. Met and talked with the young lady that they hired to run the Nashville store during one of the episodes. She was very friendly and gave us great advice on where to go on Broadway later that evening. The only thing we bought though was a T-shirt.

Make it happen just after the World's longest garage sale.
You'll be warmed up, and might have trade bait.

I've only watched the show a few times but when I see what they pay for something and then they saw what they have to sell it for, I'm really curious who actually buys that stuff. I guess if I was a collector for a very specific item that only they had I would but fortunately I'm not that type of collector. They probably make more money from the tourists that come in and buy the t-shirts.

It's just like Pawn Stars. I went in and they're stuff was over priced and the only thing being sold was coffee mugs and tee shirts.
