    Latest cribbage boards

These are the latest cribbage boards that I made.

The lighter one is spalted hackberry and the other 1/4 sawn sycamore. I used General finish. They sold pretty quick.

Very nice, Quinn. They look perfectly executed. Do you drill with a very fast drill ?

    Thanks Yonak,

I bought a template off of ebay. The first one I did I clamped the template on and even got cleaner hole. I was always moving clamps to do a new area. One time it moved a bit and ruined the board. Now I use double face tape so there is a little gap and the holes aren't as clean. I clean the face up with a belt sander. I have never had any template movement withe DS tape.

I've never seen templates. Does it not have edge guides ?

    yonak,

This is similar to the template I have. http://www.chefwarekits.com/cribbage...odworking.html

I keep the template 1/2" in from the edge so I have room to route.

    Hope that help.
