Help with a couple of logos ***desperate***

    Hi fellow creekers,
I need to find a Vassar logo and a Marines logo (USMC with the rope border) for a plaque I'm donating to a retiring Marine, if anyone can help with this it would be greatly appreciated. I need the logo to finish and overnite to the soldier.
Thanks for any help you can give

There's nothing wrong with the Vassar logo that you posted--

I copied it, pasted it into Corel Paint, then resampled it 122% larger 4 times--

The put it in the Image Adjustment lab, turned the brightness down a bit, and the contrast up a bit-
this darkened and sharpened it up-

I then copied it, and pasted it into Corel- Clicked the BITMAPS tab, then clicked "resample",
and changed the resolution to 500 (it was 96)-- this smooths the edges some-

Then I engraved it onto a piece of paper in halftone mode, 50% black. It was engraving
as I was typing this- it's a little light on the left side, but I had the power down, didn't
want to burn thru it. It's just under 7" in diameter, it would look good in wood--

I agree! I am one of those who still use CD 11. Certainly can't help much anymore when I can't open the "newer" versions of Corel.

I used X6 because his signature listed X6. I use X7 and it won't save below version 11.
