See? SEE?? Just how fickle TDY fans are? Buncha living-in-the-past front-runners, that's what youse guys are............

When I started woodworking, I didn't know squat. I have progressed in 30 years - now I do know squat.

NL West is getting all knotted up. Rox sweep SF at SF...then get swept in LA. SF just swept LA in SF. Rox managed to split at Coors with SD to end their 5-game skid with a modest 2-game streak...SF in town next.

It is a long season, right?!

Yep. Sparky said it best: The best teams lose 1/3 of their games. The worst teams win 1/3 of their games. We play 162 games to sort out that middle 1/3.

11 in a row for my Mets! Tonight DeGrom for the Mets against Pinada for the Yankees, what more can a Met fan ask for?

Have a heart, Chris..........How often in his lifetime have the Mets fans had any reason to gloat?

Give him his - fleeting - moment in the sun.

A subway series against TDY - I'm rooting for 'em.

You come into my house, trash me, and then get jacked up because I want your opponent to win?

    Yeah - SERIOUSLY.

Comerica Park, wise guy, where you just took 3 of 4 and positively filleted most of our pitching staff ......or, here at my house in Atlanta, on the patio where the reserved seats are - the quintessence of Tiger Stadium.

Someday, I will tell you about the time I had my name in lights on the centerfield scoreboard in Yankee Stadium. True story. And Jack Morris and the Tigers slaughtered TDY that night.......And yet, I still had Yankee fans and Mets fans buying my beer that night........I am not making any of this up.

You ain't fooling with Double-A ball here, brudda. Bring the heat. I can fight off the inside pitch with the best of them.

Oh - then there was the time I was wearing my fitted wool Tigers cap in the line at the beer stand at Kauffman Stadium, with the Tigers playing the Royals. By the time I got to the beer stand, I had KC fans buying my beer.

Or the time in Comiskey Park where I swear Jack Morris was trying to kill me..........and he came pretty darn close.

I got a hard slider no one can hit.

    Go Mets!!!
