The carving turned out well but did you mean for the name to be possessive with the apostrophe?

Nice job, Stan. I've got a cedar sign sold myself. Just wondering, what kind of coating did you put on it?

Great looking sign! May I ask what you use to seal the sign and how many coats before painting? Also what type of paint? I have tried so many things and still have issues with the paint or stain bleeding.

    Thanks

there is a trick to this ,do the cnc part, seal the the whole front of the sign with the diamond varathane exterior finish, let it dry
paint the letters (not real carefull) ,let it dry (use black acyrlic)
Sand the sign 60 grit.120 grit 150 grit, then seal the sign 4 more times with the same stuff diamond ext varathane
So the same with the corian ,except you do not need to seal it at first just apply the paint
This diamond ext finish is good for outside, easy to maintain
This particular wood --hemlock was bad as it chipped a biy and the black was where is shouldn't have been ,but was not that awful
