Corel X6/RDWorks V8/Avast Antivirus Don't Play Well Together

Couldn't get files to function properly or at all, until I figured out Avast doesn't like some of the DLL's associated with Corel X6. Couldn't get files to run even with just RDWV8, until I uninstalled Avast Antivirus. All good now.

Just wanted to pass this on as tech support for my machine had no idea this was an issue.

That's what I'm using now. Behaves much better. Was weird cuz it only affected a few files at first. Whatever didn't need one particular .dll Can't remember which one. I think it was in Corel .

Hmmm, running Avast on my main machine and it seems to have no issues with X5...

Using combination of Corel X6 with Avast free (v 7.0.1506) without any problems here either.
