    Chisel ID?

    Rust Hunt the other day, picked two chisels for a dollar bill each. Might be a bit high priced. Would like to know what brand these were.

    Stamped as "Drop Forged" Germany BRT Zone
    A 1/2" and a 1/4", with the 1/4" one being ground like a sash or mortise chisel. Logos seem to start with a " STA...." and has a "Quality Tools" as part of the logo. There looks like washers of leather on the ends

    And steel ferrels. Any clues as to whom made these.....in British Zone, Germany?? Would be nice to know.

    Two German brand names with STA... in the name: Stabila Stahlwille

    Not sure if they made chisels or not.

    Found these names on another forum.
