I just went there and read the options and don't know what I'm looking for. Can tell me where to look on help page. NOw I cant even find the help page. Thanks!

I went back into the space to reply again, and saw the box 'restore auto saved content'...presto!
Does the program just save the last most recent one, if it is all deleted?
