    What Happened ?

    I started out planning to make a walnut box and a maple box. Wanted to go for the box joint look. I got everything cut and sanded and was ready to start assembly. Guess I got a bit mixed up when I started gluing. There is no taking apart modern glues so I just kept gluing and then added two coats of varnish.DSCN4591.jpg

    Could have been worse, you could have cut the end pc fingers and side pc fingers the same. That wouldn't have worked out as well!

    I count 10 fingers in one box and 13 in the other. Sure makes a nice story though and they do look very nice.
