    Thanks John , I don’t know where one would be able to get bigger size Teak lumber/bowl blanks, I got some from a specialty wood seller in Ottawa last year, but it was just barely 2” thick what they had, and that was a long plank where I got a piece from, so I could turn two legs for a piece of Danish furniture.

    This piece I found at a garage sale where a widow was selling her late husbands leftover woodworking material, I got just lucky that no one else knew what kind of wood it was .
