    Help with wood id

Picked up some of this from the local yard waste dump (Lancaster,PA). Smells like when I cut white oak on the table saw. Any help appreciated.

That Cambium layer is stunning. I wonder if the yellow color could be maintained on a live-edge turning?

Bois d'Arc (bowdock) hedge apple, mock orange? Really hard wood? Nope, wrong kind of fruit body. But leaves look right.

Finally got a chance to look around the web. Seed pods, leaves and bark look like Golden Rain Tree but would appreciate confirmation from anyone familiar with this tree.
