If your cutting wood a CNC router would be a way better choice. I have both and they compliment each other

A cnc would be preferred. I am recently out of college and have several jobs that I do on a local laser guys machine. I have one customer who gets many custom wood parts laser cut and said he would throw them my way if I can do them. At this point I'm just trying to grab everything I can to justify the purchase of a laser to get something going for myself.
