    My doubleneck quiltand bass build

Here are progress pics to my handmade instruments. A doubleneck 6/6 influenced by eb/mm what will have original al head stocks. And an 2 piece ash bass I designed.

Love the doubleneck and the bass is exceptional. (Just messing with you, George).

Darn small cell phone buttons ahhhh sorry guys

here is my work so far. The doubleneck will have Birdseye maple necks with the top baritone neck having an Indian rosewood fingerboard.

Nice ,graceful shape double neck body. Doesn't have those long horns on it!

I don't care for the "stepped down" Fender esque peghead, though. Why the step?

Looks like you do nice neat work.

Thanks. I needed an original headstock design. I stumbled across my headstock by accident just sketching shapes and realized it worked for scooped necks (aka bolt on/ one piece). I'm also a fan of shorter/thicker headstocks like 4x2 and even 2x4 or 3x1 on basses. After I drew it up I realized I had a cross between Ibanez and fender and on the upper round area I'm going to ad a scoop like the old PV wolfgangs had.
