Vinyl Stickers to customize shipping boxes?

Any of you guys doing this? I run a laser engraving business that specializes in art. Problem is I need some custom packaging, but don't want to commit to the MOQs required for custom mailers. My art are full 24X18" so there isn't too many options. Thinking Vinyl stickers would be my best bet, or I may just engrave on the box itself.

A stencil and spray paint would be the cheapest method.
