I am in the process of putting in hardwood flooring and when I peeled off the trim along one wall, I saw this. Nothing on any adjoining walls or rooms. The house is stick framed on a slab with no basement.

Yes, looks like it to me. Our house is on a slab as well, we had a bedroom closet that had that same damage a few years ago.

Yes it does. Time to spray. Don't bother paying someone big bucks to do it. You can spray using the same thing for less than a hundred bucks...
