Minwax Water Based Oil Modified Poly

I am planning to use this product on a closet organizer I will building for our master bedroom closet.

Has anyone use this product? If so did you like the finished product? I am planning to apply it over oil based stain using a lambswool applicator pad. This will cover a large area quickly. I plan to finish before final assembly.

Thoughts, suggestions, things I should watch out for. Thanks

It says it is low in odor. I wonder how long it would take to gas off? If it is being used in a closet I think it would be wise to do a test run on a large board and see how long it smells.
It would no be good to have a lingering odor in a closet.
Note, I have never used it.

I would avoid using that product in any enclosed space. Any odor will permeate clothing forever.

Best to be safe and use a true waterborne acrylic.
