Funny thing - I am preparing a new post I was going to call "Elm box". When I saw your post for a second I thought oops, did I already post something and forget? Ha! Of course I am elderly and feeble-minded so it could have happened.

I did not take a side view. This is one of four Elm bowls of differing shapes. I have a large pile of Elm cut at this time last year.
