I think I am going the re-wire route in my shop. My shop has a total of 16 4 tube fixtures (that's 64 tubes) that I will be replacing over the course of a year or 2. $11 vs $20 each ($704 vs 1280) is just too steep a price for me. It took me about 1.5 hours to convert the one fixture, but that included all the figuring how to do it all. I think I can get that down to 30 minutes or less once I get the procedure down. Anyway, I think I am going to order more tubes in the coming weeks and start the conversion.
