Antique Sewing Box plan?

I'm trying to find a free copy of an old style sewing box. One that has fold out storage on both sides. Many of them were on short legs and were portable. The image I remember from when I was small was something like this one:

Now, I checked Rockler and they didn't have the plans. Just checking here to see if any of you may have the plans or a Sketchup drawing that I can glean the dimensions and workings from?
