    Butternut Angel

    DSCF8714 (Small).JPGHi All
I just finished carving an angel out of butternut,I got the idea on Pinerest, downloaded the pic and went from there. I have had the butternut in the shop for over two years, I think the angel will make a nice ornament on some ones Christmas tree
Just added another photo, I used myburner to highlight the shape of the angel

Wow, Christmas presents already? Now that's planning ahead! I usually start about December 20th or so. Not because I don't have time.......well no good reason I guess. I like the carving, it looks perfect for a Christmas tree.

    Thanks Jebeiah
I sell some carving from two outlets, I have to get stuff ready early as one market only runs from June to September and the other is six days a week year round. I like carve ornaments that I can sell for under $20, some I sell 3 for $20.
    Have a great day

Nice carving Bruce. Glad you have outlets to sell them. Income is good.
