The Nationals have started off the season fairly well. Hope it lasts a while. It's a long season.
Good luck with your teams this year everyone.

I already gave up on the Reds. Actually, I decided that during early Spring training. Their pitching is just horrible, particularly the bull pen. Worse than last year. Can't bring myself to watch much. Starting to question whether the GM and ownership really want to win. And judging by the dwindling number of fans at the last few home games, I'm not the only one.

We'll see how it goes. I guess I need to switch my avatar over to the Rockies.
No for appropriate and yes for local but I'm an all-Colorado sports fan. Always will be.
16-0.... Another awesome display of pitching by the Reds.
Local newspaper said is it was the largest margin of victory in MLB since 1884.

One thing about a game like that Brian, as bad as it is it only counts as 1 loss.
And we've all been on the wrong side of a score like that.

I think they meant largest margin of victory in a no hitter since 1884. As a very long suffering Cubs fan, it is nice to see them playing so well lately. The Reds did help them out quite a bit, though. You got a bit of revenge Saturday.
How about that White Sox historic 9-3-2-6-2-5 triple play? That was terrible base running!

So much to learn, so little time.....
Rockies claw back at home to LA down 7-1 early to take a 10-7 lead into the 9th...and the closer blows it and the Rox lose 12-10.
The Rox 5-spot in the bottom of the 8th was promptly matched by LA's 5-spot in the top of the ninth.
...and the pitching woes continue in the Mile High City.... Great offense, great defense...except for the dude on the hill....
The Nationals have started the season 14-6.
The Mets are 1 game back (and probably not for long).
Dang.
