    Trotec Billing

Is anyone else getting bills from Trotec from over 2 years ago? Apparently they was something going on in billing and they were not applying funds to the accounts. It's a big mess. I just got a bill for a speedy 400 I have had for 18 months. I know I paid it in full so I could apply the write off on my taxes.

    Chris,

Any possibility of "phishing" since you didn't state how the bills arrive?

It came by mail. It's definitely from them. I spoke to them and they said its happening to a lot of customers.

I guess I wouldn't worry too much as you paid in full and can prove it via taxes. Sometimes software "upgrades" result in a MESS which Trotec may have experienced in the billing arena? Let us know as it keeps everyone onboard.
I fought for several months with a "nationally brand insurance company" over improper billing procedures and was awarded
several hundred $ back through the state insurance commissioner due to overpayment. Things do happen, keep records.
