Recently completed 2/3 scale electric guitar

Figured I'd share a few pics of the 2/3 scale (17" scale length) electric guitar that I recently finished building for my daughters.

Flamed maple top, Pau Ferro back, Wenge/maple/pau ferro/maple/wenge laminated neck. I call the color 'IPA Burst'.

Nice build Matt. Did you keep the tuning the same as a standard guitar, or did you need to go up in pitch to accommodate the shorter scale?
