Thread: Bradford Pear

    Bradford Pear

This is an odd little thing I turned from a crotch section that had a branch coming out the side. It was turned wet and has a little texture in the figured areas.
Size is 7" diameter x 7 inches tall. There are two voids and a patch of bark. Comments and critiques welcome.

Nice oddity. It has lots of features including the 3 feet. What is the finish to have the light color? The interior looks a little darker, but that might just be the lighting, and there is a hole big enough on side to get a good look inside. I like it and it should generate interest and eye appeal.

I like how you were able to keep the bark in both places. Very nice piece Dennis.

I like the hole in the side especially with the bark. Nice work.
