    18" Sandflee

I read some old reviews on the sandflee. I have a chance to buy a used one at I think a good price. I an sure it would come in handy. I once had a edge sander that was handy sanding edges on doors, maybe a vertical fence will do just as well. Any owners out there want to give me some feed back with your experiences usIng your sandflee. The reviews I read were 8 years old. Thanks! Ed

The used sandflee is probably a few years old, so 8 year old reviews might be completely appropriate.

I considered buying one a few years ago, but opted for a used Jet 22/44 drum sander. This works better for me if I am making cutting boards or cabinet doors. The sandflee could be a better choice if you are doing inlays and need a delicate touch. I believe that the 9" sandflee has a really tiny motor, not sure about the 18".
