    Installed med cabinet

    I finished this med cab in May and posted about it then. I installed it a couple of weeks back. I think it looks okay and the wife is happy.

    James, I remember this project. It looks real good there. Is that pin stripe an inlay or a groove ? How did you do it ?

    Thanks Yonak. It is string inlay. I could have made a better choice, the stain color blurs the inlay some. The stain is to match the vanity I built several years back. I used a cutting gauge to make the groove and the Lie Nielsen tool to size the stringing.

    Thank you Mike. I made those corners twice. The first ones were thinner. The mirror reflection seemed odd to me so I made them thicker. Strange what a reflection does and how we perceive it.
