Does anyone know where I can get a Honeycomb bed from in the UK please??

We ordered some aluminium egg crate core cut to the right size from SLPUK.com Not quite the same as honeycomb, but works nicely. In my understanding, atleast the newer Epilog lasers come with a 1/2 inch egg crate core (or something similar). The 1/2 is a bit too thin, so we place two on top of each other.

When i had my Redsail X700 I went and bought an air-con duct grille of about the right size and that only cost me about $30 AUD. Look for industrial air con duct system suppliers.
