This should be an obvious process but I can't find the easy solution.
A simple circle of dots, or dashes, etc The line pull out has a selection of options but the shapes ???? is there an effect??
Kicking my self for having to ask!

The way I'm reading this, you want to draw a circle and then turn that line into a bunch of dashes. Convert the circle to curves via Ctrl+Q. Then you can change the line style to dashes.
I read recipes the same way I read science fiction. I get to the end and I think, "Well, that’s not going to happen."
That's the step I was missing.. Thanks
