Mysterious problems

1) I enter the title and click on the body. Nothing happens. After a couple minutes of fiddling with it, it works normally. This just started a week or two ago.

2) Prior to #1, if I backspaced to fix an error, it would then got to the top of the block and enter everything new there. I would have to delete everything and start over again. This was a problem for several months, but stopped when #1 started.

The problems only happen here; other forums are fine.
Am I haunted? I feel liking I am haunted.

Regarding #1; I find that if I right click and "select all" it is fine. Still....

Doesn't happen when replying; just on new posts.

I get #2 every time. Annoying. What I do is go to the begininng of the line, hit enter a few times, then backspace to remove them and continue. Usually fixes it. Firefox on Win 8.

I was having weird problems for a couple of weeks. I applied the Microsoft patches for Win 10 and my system is running snappy again.
