    Interesting Shape On This One

This is box elder that I first dyed over the red streaks and then dyed the whole piece blue. It is 4.5" high by 5.75" across, finish is clear gloss spray paint. Still to be buffed but I needed to take photos now.

Interesting shape. What kind of dye do you like the best?

Very nice Toby - I like the way you retained the bark along the entire rim.

Hi John, I use transtint mixed with water. It's the only kind I have tried so far.

Thanks, Mike. I've had good luck keeping the bark on most of my pieces.
