New adjustable angle / beveling jig

Easy to make. Bevel any size (as large as will sit on ledge without tipping over) panel that has a flat edge to rest on the micro ledge. I also dadoed 1/8" steel strips flush into the face for magnets to help with hold down.

    John is always innovating!

I don't see any magnets on the face of the acrylic? Does the backing just stick well enough to hold the pieces in place? Or is something else holding the material onto the board?

Hey Keith! Those pcs didn't need the magnetic hold down, they are held with gravity on a 1/32" "lip" of a ledge on the bottom that keeps the pcs from sliding off over the edge. Its too small to show up in the pic, but its the top of that brown ledge the pcs are sitting on in the 2nd pic.

If you look at the top of the jig in the first pic, you can see the steel sticking out a little, which I would use for magnets if I were beveling a 24" or more panel to keep it from coming off the micro ledge.
