Vectric 2016 Christmas Sled Project Plans

Vectric has posted their Christmas Sled Project on their web site. This seems to be a great little project for Christmas gifts for friends and family. I also have been thinking about scaling down this design for my annual Christmas ornaments this year cutting them with a laser engraver.

I expect to scale down the plan for my ornaments making it from just three pieces and laser engraving the details. I have a long list of people on my annual Christmas Ornaments List so I have to be able to make them fast and relatively inexpensive. If I cut the main body and the handle from one piece and then cut the sled runners so I have glue them onto the body I think I can make them pretty quick. Each of my ornaments are engraved with the year and the person's name.
