My first attempt at a segmented bowl. Cherry sidewalls are 3/16 thick with a walnut segmented bottom with plug, and single walnut top with separate knob. Turning will be donated to the Alamo Wood Turners in San Antonio. Made as one of the club donations to the Fort Sam Houston Medical Center "Bead of Courage" program. The Wedgie Segment Sled on You Tube is what made the segment pieces easy to make as it was 100% accurate. Finish is shellac. Comments are welcome.

Len, nice lidded box and for a good cause. I'm going to look up the You Tube you mentioned, I might try a couple of segmented projects.
