    Looks good! Nice video but I don't think I would be comfortable making that free-hand cut. I know a buddy that does that all the time in acrylic and I always walk away from the saw when he does it...

    Denis, many members cannot view videos due to their Internet service being on the lower speed side of things. Perhaps you can post some still photos of the things you illustrated in the video? Thanks in advance!

    Nice project. I like your big green clamp.

    Just a bit of advice: When cutting your rabbets on small pieces, always keep the wider portion against your table for stability and use feather boards to hold you work against the fence. Since you use a zero clearance insert for your cross cuts, why not use one for your dado cuts as well?
