Putting glass in Hollow core door.

A while ago someone posted pictures of how to modify an interior hollow core door to accept glass panes. Does anyone remember that post?

    Thanks

Fred: I did not see the pictures, but I'd say basically you need to remove the cardboard filler around the edge of the window cutout. I'd try and put in 2" wide piece of pine around it. Most hollow core doors are 1 3/8" I believe. Glue and clamp the pine. You can purchase or make your own window stop for both sides of the glass. Just remember to lay down a small bed of window glazing on each side of the glass as you install the stops. No worse noise than glass rattling after the wood dries.
